1. Copyright, Licenses ,Idea Submissions and any use of any House Flanders (J-M Nijs) materials.
The entire contents of the Sites are protected by international copyright and trademark laws. The owner of the copyrights and trademarks are House Flanders (J-M Nijs), its affiliates or other third party licensors. YOU MAY NOT MODIFY, COPY, REPRODUCE, REPUBLISH, UPLOAD, POST, TRANSMIT, OR DISTRIBUTE, IN ANY MANNER, THE MATERIAL ON THE SITES AND ANY OTHER WRITTEN MATERIAL FROM HOUSE FLANDERS (J-M Nijs) ON THE INTERNET, BLOGS, EMAIL OR OTHER, INCLUDING TEXT, GRAPHICS, CODE AND/OR SOFTWARE. You may not print, copy or download portions of material from the different areas of the Site or any other written materials on other sites, media, blogs, emails, etc  without specific written approval from House Flanders (J-M Nijs), this will be seen as an illegal act and breach of this agreement. Nothing on this site should be construed as granting any license or right to use any materials displayed on the sites without the prior written permission of the owner.You agree to grant to House Flanders (J-M Nijs) a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license, with the right to sub-license, to reproduce, distribute, transmit, create derivative works of, publicly display and publicly perform any materials and other information (including, without limitation, ideas contained therein for new or improved products and services) you submit to any public areas of the Sites (such as bulletin boards, forums and newsgroups) or by e-mail to House Flanders by all means and in any media now known or hereafter developed. Except for House Flanders identified information, products or services, all information, products and services offered through the Sites or on the Internet generally are offered by third parties, that are not affiliated with House Flanders (J-M Nijs). EVEN IF HOUSE FLANDERS OR ITS AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVES HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR (II) ANY CLAIM ATTRIBUTABLE TO ERRORS, OMISSIONS, OR OTHER INACCURACIES IN THE SERVICE AND/OR MATERIALS OR INFORMATION DOWNLOADED THROUGH THE SERVICE. House Flanders makes no representations whatsoever about any other web site which you may access through this one or which may link to this Sites. When you access a non-House Flanders web site, please understand that it is independent from House Flanders, and that House Flanders (J-M Nijs) has no control over the content on that web site. In addition, a link to a House Flanders web site does not mean that House Flanders endorses or accepts any responsibility for the content, or the use, of such web site.
3. Indemnification.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless House Flanders (J-M Nijs), its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers and any third party information providers to the Service from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of this Agreement (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the Services.
4. Third Party Rights.
The provisions of paragraphs 2 (Use of the Service), and 3 (Indemnification) are for the benefit of House Flanders and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers, and any third party information providers to the Service. Each of these individuals or entities shall have the right to assert and enforce those provisions directly against you on its own behalf.
5.Term; Termination.
This Agreement may be terminated by either party without notice at any time for any reason. The provisions of paragraphs 1 (Copyright, Licenses and Idea Submissions), 2 (Use of the Service), 3 (Indemnification), 4 (Third Party Rights) and 6 (Miscellaneous) shall survive any termination of this Agreement.
6.Miscellaneous.
This Agreement shall all be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario applicable to agreements made and to be performed in Ontario, Canada. You agree that any legal action or proceeding between House Flanders (J-M Nijs) and you for any purpose concerning this Agreement or the parties' obligations hereunder shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction sitting in Guelph, Ontario. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the Service or any written materials from House Flanders (contents of our sites, emails, blogs, posts, media, etc.)  must be commenced within five days (5) after the claim or cause of action arises or such claim, legal action or any other cause of action is barred, You also agree not to use any of the materials in any legal action. House Flanders's failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any provision of this Agreement. House Flanders may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.
Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved. 

Training Policies
1.Training Policy.
At all times students must conduct themselves in a professional manner which includes but is not limited to punctuality and professionalism. Students are responsible at all times for their own transportation. In order to receive a House Flanders certificate and to receive a Canadian Ceritfied Stagers & Redesigners (C.C.S.R) desgination, each student must:
Complete the full course and demonstrate sufficient understanding of the presented material.
2.Registration, Cancellations, Refunds & Payments.
When you register online you agree to participate in the course. If for some reason you do not wish to participate in these courses a cancellation request should be received by House Flanders within the required 10 days after your registration . In the event you fail to sent a cancellation request a cancellation fee from $ 100 CAD + GST will be charged to you.
All course fees are subject to a $250.00 deposit (application and processing fee) which is non-refundable. No refunds are given. Full payment of the course fees are due on the 1st day off the course. If the student can not attend the course for any reason (personal or an unforeseen situation beyond their control) they can defer the course at a later date within 1 year of the application date, no refunds are given. Payments can be made in cash or by check (payable to J-M Nijs), course fees are paid for in Canadian funds.
3.Certificate Requirements & Intellectual Property.
Students will be issued an Certificate upon successful completion of the course, Only one Certificate per course will be issued per student. All course material is the property from the student. Upon completion of the course, student agrees to permit House Flanders permission to post students photo on the House Flanders and C.C.S.R websites and accompanying promotional material.
4. Liability.
House Flanders shall not be held liable for any damage to any property or personal injury inflicted by the student or any personal injury obtained by the student at any time or place during the course. The student expressly agrees that in the event of default, student shall be liable for all costs together with disbursements and out of pocket expenses. In no event will our liability to you or any third party in all matter arising from, relating to or connected with your enrollment or these terms exceed the sum of any amounts paid to us by you.
5.Miscellaneous.
Training policies shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario without reference to conflict of law principles. The policies contain the entire understanding of the parties regarding their subject matter, and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings between the parties regarding their subject matter. No failure or delay by a party in exercising any right, power or privilege under these terms shall operate as a waiver thereof. The invalidity or unenforceability of any of these terms shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other of these terms, all of which shall remain in full force and effect.
